Domestic Shipping Information:
In stock items will be shipped out the day after the order is placed whenever possible. Items not in stock will ship within 2 weeks. Custom made items can take up to 8 weeks to ship--if you have a rush on an item you are ordering, please let us know at the time you place the order.
International Shipping Information:
You may be assessed additional shipping charges (actual shipping rates will apply).
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will gladly exchange for different sizes within 14 days of original purchase date. Shipping and handling fees apply to any exchanges to online orders--if you make your return in shop, you will avoid shipping and handling fees.
Returns must be made within 5 days upon receipt of order. Credit will be applied to any merchandise that has defects or damages; merchandise must be returned and inspected before credit will be applied to your account. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition, with tags if applicable.
Seasonal and holiday items may not be returned unless defective.
